Tyler Sadek is a seasoned private equity investment professional well-known for his skilled management of ventures from start-up to closing and beyond.
Tyler graduated from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School in Atlanta, Georgia, with a BBA in Finance and Accounting. Once graduated, he began his career as a financial associate and rotating analyst at the ProgramLaSalle Bank Corporation in Chicago, Illinois. Tyler gained an in-depth understanding of all facets of the banking process throughout this management development program, which prepared him for the start of his impressive career.
Tyler served as the Director of Finance and Operations at Campus Outreach Indianapolis for the following three years. Tyler coached college students across three campuses and developed the non-profit organization to a $2 million budget during his tenure.
Tyler then worked as an investment consultant for two years. After that, he was hired by Stifel Nicolaus & Company, Inc.’s top management to control over $6 billion in capital. Tyler also handled over 50 relationships with high-net-worth customers, totaling more than $1 billion in money. In addition, he amassed an impressive portfolio of institutions and family ties.
Tyler Sadek was appointed to Teays River Investments, LLC’s corporate strategy and acquisitions team. Tyler spent over a decade managing investment lifecycles, gaining invaluable knowledge along the way, from the identification and assessment phases through closing and post-closure monitoring. Tyler improved his corporate strategy capabilities and his ability to execute private deals and growth management throughout his tenure at Teays River Investments.
Tyler began his career as an Associate, where he spent two years working with portfolio businesses. Tyler worked on acquisitions and supported the development of a capital management framework for future capital expenditures. Tyler, who is also a master of soft skills, built partnerships to create a high-quality opportunity pipeline that is still in use today.
Additionally, he assisted in the sale of a portfolio business. Tyler spent three years working with three portfolio businesses and supported an acquisition of a seed growing and processing firm, later working on additional acquisitions for the company. In addition, Tyler Sadek found time to complete his studies during this period, earning an MBA from the University of Chicago Business School of Business.
Tyler also worked as the Chief Financial Officer of Innovative Seed Solutions LLC, a sorghum seed operating company.
